Shipping, Refunds & FAQ

 

Shipping

We offer free shipping Australia wide on all orders. Orders over $60AUD will receive free standard shipping, and orders over $100AUD will receive free express shipping. We will provide a tracking number at time of shipping for you to keep an eye on your order.

International Shipping

We are currently not offering international shipping, but will be looking to make this available soon. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when this becomes available.

Returns Policy

To organise a return, please send an email to hello@jjust.co within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in original, unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

It is recommended that you register your parcel at time of postage, as you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.

Refunds

We offer a full refund for products returned to us within 30 days of the purchase in the original, undamaged packaging in an unopened and unused condition.

Incorrect or Faulty Products

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please contact hello@jjust.co within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
